Project in San Jose
This project is a ground-up 4-Bedroom house. It has an Open-Plan with vaulted ceilings in the Living, dining, kitchen & Master bedroom, and an inviting barrel-vaulted ceiling in the Foyer. We tried to maximize the square-footage in the lot and create an "Open" feeling in the interior. The Floor Plan is designed for "entertaining" and the bedrooms are screened off from the Living spaces. The bathrooms are also wider than standard. The house has a triple-gable front, which gives a nice curb-appeal to the house!
